 ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ ìåòîäè÷åñêèìè ðåêîìåíäàöèÿìè Ìèíçäðàâñîöðàçâèòèÿ Ðîññèè îò 12.03.2005 ã. "Îðãàíèçàöèÿ ðàáîòû ïî äîïîëíèòåëüíîìó ëåêàðñòâåííîìó îáåñïå÷åíèþ îòäåëüíûõ êàòåãîðèé ãðàæäàí, èìåþùèõ ïðàâî íà ïðåäîñòàâëåíèå íàáîðà ñîöèàëüíûõ óñëóã", ñ öåëüþ óìåíüøåíèÿ òðóäîçàòðàò è èñêëþ÷åíèÿ òåõíè÷åñêèõ îøèáîê ïðè îôîðìëåíèè ëüãîòíûõ ðåöåïòîâ íà ëåêàðñòâåííûå ñðåäñòâà ãðàæäàíàì, èìåþùèì ïðàâî íà ïîëó÷åíèå ãîñóäàðñòâåííîé ñîöèàëüíîé ïîìîùè, à òàêæå - ñ öåëüþ îáåñïå÷åíèÿ îïåðàòèâíîãî è áåçîøèáî÷íîãî ó÷åòà îòïóñêà ëåêàðñòâåííûõ ñðåäñòâ ïî ëüãîòíûì ðåöåïòàì â àïòå÷íûõ îðãàíèçàöèÿõ ïðèêàçûâàåì:

1. Ðàçðåøèòü èçãîòîâëåíèå, çàïîëíåíèå è ïå÷àòü (íà ïðèíòåðàõ) ðåöåïòóðíûõ áëàíêîâ ôîðìû N 148-1/Ó-04(Ë) â ôîðìàòå À5 ñ ïîìîùüþ ïðîãðàììíîãî îáåñïå÷åíèÿ (ÏÎ) "ÀÐÌ êîìïüþòåðíîãî îôîðìëåíèÿ ëüãîòíûõ ðåöåïòîâ".

2. Óñòàíîâèòü åäèíûé ïîðÿäîê ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ ñåðèé è íîìåðîâ ðåöåïòóðíûõ áëàíêîâ, èçãîòàâëèâàåìûõ ñ ïîìîùüþ ÏÎ "ÀÐÌ êîìïüþòåðíîãî îôîðìëåíèÿ ëüãîòíûõ ðåöåïòîâ" (Ïðèëîæåíèå 1 ê íàñòîÿùåìó Ïðèêàçó).

3. Óñòàíîâèòü åäèíûé ïîðÿäîê ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ ðàñïå÷àòûâàåìîãî íà ðåöåïòóðíîì áëàíêå øòðèõ-êîäà, îáåñïå÷èâàþùåãî ìàøèíî÷èòàåìîå ïðåäñòàâëåíèå èíôîðìàöèè î ðåöåïòóðíîì áëàíêå (Ïðèëîæåíèå 2 ê íàñòîÿùåìó Ïðèêàçó).

4. Óñòàíîâèòü, ÷òî ðåöåïòóðíûé áëàíê, îôîðìëåííûé êîìïüþòåðíûì ñïîñîáîì, äîëæåí áûòü çàâåðåí ïå÷àòüþ ËÏÓ, ïîäïèñüþ è ëè÷íîé ïå÷àòüþ âðà÷à (ôåëüäøåðà).
